Join a high-caliber team that is redefining how military units stay ready for their most urgent missions.

Careers
Two men in an office with one seated at a desk looking at dual monitors and the other standing and pointing at the screens; an American flag hangs on the wall behind them.
Our mission

Service members deserve to focus on the mission
not spreadsheets or slide decks.

Today, operators juggle hundreds of training, compliance, and readiness requirements across legacy systems.
‍
Every hour spent on admin work is an hour taken away from their mission.
‍
The Paratus mission is to eliminate these admin burdens so military teams stay focused, maintain readiness, & deploy with confidence.

Our story

A gray military aircraft with two engines mounted on its wings flying diagonally against a clear blue sky.
In the beginning
Incubated in Duke University's H4D program, the founding team was introduced to the pressing challenge of military readiness. Working alongside operators, they quickly recognized a crucial capability gap and started prototyping solutions.
U.S. Air Force C-5 Galaxy military cargo aircraft flying above dense white clouds with blue sky visible.
Paratus today
Paratus deploys secure, governed AI systems that support military operations at home-bases. These systems help military units move smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
Gray military fighter jet flying against a partly cloudy blue sky, leaving white vapor trails from its wings.
Paratus tomorrow
Paratus will become the context layer for military operations. Any service member will be able to encode their expertise into reusable agents and workflows that understand how their unit operates and reliably drive work to completion.
